Sunday Book Review - Celebrating You

In Bendigo there is a gorgeous shop called Organise My.... Every time I go to Bendigo I treat myself to something from this shop. I can't help it. The shop is full of gorgeous stationery, candles, books, cards, and much more.
On my last visit to Organise My... I bought myself this book  - Celebrating You (and the beautiful person you are). I want to surround myself with pretty things that remind me that I am worthy of a new life and that despite what I think I am a beautiful person. This book does a great job of doing that. It is a cute size, the illustrations are gorgeous and the affirmations are simple yet powerful. One of my favourites is 'you are strong even when you don't feel that way'. It also just a pretty book to look at.

most expensive lesson i've learned is that pretty things only make you feel good for a tiny little time in comparison to ripping the band aid off and letting the wound heal... you will get there dear friend xx

Hello, My friend just purchased this book for me as a surprise. She said "Girl, we need to get your self-esteem back up". Just reading a few pages, it sure did just that. This was after a few people I know just were so mean to me and I was starting to think being nice to people was for the birds. Now I know, that's not true. I will continue to be nice and do nice things. Christine 9/30/16
